Note: Each Faction has their own Headquarters building. This page refers to the Wehrmacht version.

As with all Headquarter structures, every player starts with one HQ pre-placed in specific starting locations of each map in skirmish. New Headquarters cannot be constructed - if it is destroyed, existing engineer units must repair it in order to restore it.

The Headquarters is necessary for construction of other production buildings. The owning player can select it to see construction options. It also houses the Medical Station upgrade, which when researched adds a healing aura to the Headquarters. The Medical Station heals all nearby friendly infantry squads at a rate of 3.2 hitpoints per second (including teammates).

Like most factions, the Wehrmacht have very limited unit options at the HQ, and instead most of the early game units will come from building the as soon as possible.

Officer Quarters

We are making the Officer Quarters affect Battlegroup units. Previously, Wehrmacht was the only faction whose upgrades did not synergize with their Battlegroup. This should open new strategies where researching Officer Quarters is a viable path for improving Battlegroup units.  

  • Infanterie Kompanie: Affects Fallschirmpioneers, Artillery Officer, and Coastal Reserves  

  • Panzergrenadier and Luftwaffe Kompanie: Affects StuG D Assault Gun, 8-Rad Armored Car, Fallschirmjager, Wespe Self-propelled Gun, Panzer IV Command Tank, LG40 Anti-tank Gun, 88mm Anti-tank Gun and Flak 38 20mm Emplacements.  

  • Panzer Kompanie: Affects Tiger, Panther, and Obice 210mm Artillery Emplacement
