Note: Each Faction has their own Headquarters building. This page refers to the USF version.

As with all Headquarter structures, every player starts with one HQ pre-placed in specific starting locations of each map in skirmish. New Headquarters cannot be constructed - if it is destroyed, existing engineer units must repair it in order to restore it.

The Headquarters is necessary for constructing other production buildings, as well as the . The owning player can select it in order to see construction options.

In addition, the USF HQ also has three available Support Center upgrades that are necessary for the player to progress the 'tech tree' and build more advanced production buildings or unlock upgrades. Once an upgrade is complete, the appropriate Support Center will be fully built next to the HQ.

  • : Focuses on unique off-map abilities.

  • : Focuses on vehicle upgrades.

  • : Focuses on infantry upgrades.

In each match only one of these Support Centers may be constructed, each offering different benefits. Once this decision is made, it cannot be changed or reversed for the rest of the match. See the above support center pages for more info.

Production Options

    • (Advanced Infantry Battlegroup exclusive, replaces Scouts)

    • (Armoured Battlegroup exclusive, replaces Engineers)

By default the USF Headquarters allows production of the and the .

If the player acquires certain relevant Battlegroup perks, the option of producing Scouts will instead be replaced with either the (Airborne Battlegroup) or the (Advanced Infantry Battlegroup). Likewise, the Engineer Squad option can also be replaced by the (Armored Battlegroup).

The is added as a production option if the is constructed.
