Heavy weapon effective against light vehicles. Can damage tanks at short-range. Must be set-up to attack.
The 2-Pounder Light Anti-Tank Gun Team is a UKF weapons team unit. In skirmishes, it is exclusively available as a call-in with the Australian Defense Battlegroup.
Like any other AT gun, this weapon is specialized against vehicles and is generally ineffective against infantry. It must be set-up before being able to fire, and once set-up it can only fire within its arc of fire. As with any other weapons crew, these soldiers are far easier to hit due to a larger target size. This, combined with their limited mobility and set-up nature, means they are quite vulnerable to flanks and artillery.
The 2-Pounder can be thought of as a 'mini 6-Pounder'. It is significantly weaker in damage and penetration compared to typical AT guns like the
On the other hand, the 2-Pounder is cheaper to deploy, and can be attained far earlier than the 6-Pounder. It also has a faster rate of fire and better accuracy compared to the 6-Pounder, while retaining a good arc of fire. As such, the 2-Pounder is quite reliable against light vehicles.
At veterancy level 1 it gains the Target Weak Point active ability. When activated, the 2-Pounders attacks will reduce the speed as well as disable the weapons of any enemy vehicles it hits for a short duration. This is a powerful timed ability that helps the 2-Pounder stay relevant in later stages of a match, where it can greatly support other dedicated anti-tank weapons.

Target Weak Point: Active timed ability. When activated, for a short duration the 2-Pounder's attacks are enhanced. Attacks during this ability will slow the speed as well as disable the weapons of enemy vehicles hit for a short duration. This debilitating effect can be refreshed on successive hits while the ability remains active. In addition, the 2-Pounder's attacks have guaranteed penetration during this duration. Overall a powerful ability that allows the 2-Pounder to stay relevant in later stages of a match, as while it will normally struggle against more armoured targets, it can use this ability to debilitate tanks in order to support other dedicated anti-tank units, while also allowing it to temporarily punch above its weight.

The 2-Pounder has a faster rate of fire and better accuracy compared to the 6-Pounder. On the other hand, it features significantly lower damage and penetration values, and thus will struggle against heavier targets.
The weapons crew of this unit have an Australian accent (naturally, considering it is part of the Australian Defense Battlegroup).
