Light transport vehicle that can tow heavy weapon, reinforce and heal nearby infantry squads. Can be damaged by small-arms.
Note: This unit is a variant of the regular
When a regular CMP truck is upgraded into its medical variant, it is functionally the same but with the added benefit of now being able to heal nearby infantry while stationary and out of combat. This is a great pairing to go along with its ability to reinforce nearby squads, and is one of the primary ways for UKF players to get healing outside the HQ area.
The medical variant still maintains the utility of its previous base form, including being able to transport troops, tow heavy weapons, reinforce squads, and re-crew abandoned weapons. It also retains the truck's veterancy passive called Improved Logistics, which passively reduces the reinforcement costs of infantry it reinforces.
Note that reinforcement time is increased by +100% if the reinforcing units are located 45+ meters away from HQ. The reinforcement time is also increased by +100% for units engaged in combat. These can combine for a total of +200% increased reinforcement time.

Improved Logistics: Passive ability gained upon reaching veterancy level 1. Reduces the reinforcement cost of the squads it reinforces. While it is difficult to reach vet 1 with a non-combat unit that you will likely want to keep far away from combat, it is also very rewarding as reducing Manpower bleed is incredibly powerful.
Note: Emergency Engine Repair is campaign exclusive and is not available in multiplayer skirmishes.
Reinforcement / Auto-Reinforce Toggle: This unit can reinforce nearby squads. Can toggle auto-reinforce on or off. Note that the player can still manually reinforce squads if auto-reinforce is toggled off.
Tow Heavy Weapon: This unit can tow heavy weapons. Since it has transportation capacity, it can also transport non-abandoned weapons due to being able to transport the weapon crewmen.
Recrew Weapon: The unit deploys two soldiers to recrew an abandoned weapon, for a low Manpower cost. This is generally a more efficient way of crewing abandoned weapons as it saves the hassle and cost of sacrificing an existing infantry squad's members to take over a weapon.
Support Veterancy: This unit receives veterancy XP when nearby friendly units gain XP. This allows the unit to gain XP despite having no weapons at all.

This change is primarily to reduce the impact of a CMP 15CWT rush when the player goes for the 4.2 Inch Heavy Mortar which could arrive before proper anti-vehicle counters can arrive.
